Service Design Conference 2009

The Service Design Network organised its 2009 conference, called 'Beyond Basics,' in collaboration with the Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute. The conference took place on the island of Madeira in October and enjoyed the company of nearly 100 participants from organisations world-wide active in the domain of Service Design.
